I've never used it, but I read something recently about its positive effect on red blood cells that made sense to me as to why some people swear by it as helpful with some types of blood cancer.  I don't see why it could hurt to use some in moderation, but I'd ask your onc just to get his or her viewpoint -- just in case there's some real contradiction for something else you're on or other concern. Wheatgrass is supposed to be amazing, but it always makes me sick to my stomach.  This is the sort of thing I would NEVER ask my onc, because she doesn't know anything about this sort of thing.   I used to ask her, but I don't anymore.

I drink green juice and just throw it in the juicer with everything else. You dont get the aftertaste that way. Not all juicers can handle it. Make sure you have one that can or it will burn your motor up.

I put wheat grass, organic, in my smoothies and it is not even noticed.  I also put a lot of Kale or Spinach and I cannot tast them either.  Since I started drinking smoothies, almost daily, my red blood counts are normal and they have been low for many years.  My kidneys are also better.  So...fresh fruit and greens is my recipe.
