Bump. this article seems to see Ispy-2 mainly for early stagers. Truth is any drugs accelerated through this trial process could benefit everyone, late stagers too.
We need other (non neoadjuvant) clinical trials that tests anti-metastasis and anti-stem-cell drugs too. But neoadjuvant clinical trials are the way to go for cheaper drugs sooner.
