Interesting!  Do you think this supports avoiding foods that promote inflammation and eating foods that are anti-inflammatory?

I remember that there was a study on RA and BC link.   AR patients had reduced BC risk, the cause was conjectured to be due to the NSAIDS AR patients take a lot.

It will be cool if NSAIDS, betablockers, RA medications like tocilizumab, metformin's effect on different subtype of BC and different mechanisms of actions are all teased out.    There could be additive/subtractive/multiplicative effects, that need to figure out too.    But definitive clinical trials for 3 of these 4 are going to be very hard.

Paul mentions the disparity in how quickly AIDS drugs (for symptom relief and cure) goes through approval vs how slowly Cancer drugs goes through approval.

One thing I noticed is the difference in transmission mode and charity altitude that tries hard not to offend or shock.
