Nipple pulling inward month after needle biopsy

I have no idea, but didn't want to leave you lonely.  Hopefully bumped up for someone this has happened to to see.

I had same for almost a year after MRI biopsy and then surgery for a solitary papilloma.  I think it was the surgery that did it because the papilloma found on MRI was tiny and entirely removed at biopsy.  The surgery was not a big deal at all (I was wide awake, perfectly calm, it did not hurt at all, and the area they removed to study surrounding the former pap was pretty small.  But after it healed, I couldn't see (at all) anything.  Even the scar healed perfectly.  But I could feel pulling.  I still do (this was almost exactly a year ago)  Digital mammo showed nothing really not even a lot scar tissue or more than expected.  I had a sono last week and again nothing.  Will have another MRI in November with yearly mammo.  But honestly I do feel the pulling.  Everything looks fine, but it just doesn't feel right. My radiologist and breast surgeon feel that it is scar tissue that may be touching a small cluster of nerves and may take more time to resolve.   It is really common and they did inform me about it before the biopsy and the surgery.  ABSOLUTELY discuss with your doctor and even get a sono if necessary but this does sound like scar tissue
