    Orlandpark,

Sorry you have to join us, but come on over to the stage IV forum. I can honestly say I have never met a stronger, more gracious group of women. And, very smart, compassionate and funny . Seems impossible now but humor is an important part of strength and courage. Thinking of you, Caryn

    Hello orlandpark1965,

You are an ILC sister and a stage 3 sister.  We are here for you.  There are so many things to say and yet none will turn this around right now.  Just know we care.  I hope you will accept a huge hug and hold on to the thought that the overwhelming feelings you are having right now will pass; not all at once, and it will take time, but you will feel better.  I say this knowing you are probably thinking, "She's not stage 4."  That's true, and maybe I'm out of line here, but I wanted to respond. There are ILC women on the stage 4 board.  lulubee, lovinmomma, Frapp, CoolBreeze, BetteE, and alesta29 are some who post there. ILC treatment is not really different than IDC, though, so the stage 4 women will have lots of information and support to give no matter their type of BC.  I hope your oncologist will meet with you soon and get your plan in motion.  That will help a lot I think.  Sending sincere warm hugs your way.  G.

Many: Thank you.  What a roller coaster.    My liver turned out to be "fatty" no cancer in the organs. The bone is still being looked at.   It could be the early stages of Padgets disease (not cancer) my mom had it but they are now sending me for a PET scan on Monday and see a Bone Oncologist on Tuesday.  I have tons of arthritis since my first scan.  My onc said that they will want a bone biopsy.   So I feel there is still hope and I have seeked some help from a local cancer support center and feeling better. If it's bone met's I'll just have to accept that.   How is your wife

Yea. on the fatty liver.  (That doesn't sound right, but you know what I mean.)  It ain't mets 'til they prove it.  So happy the support center is helping.  I'm keeping everything crossed here for a cancer free PET and bone biopsy.  Whatever the news, we all are here to support you.  Thanks for updating. Hugs.
