Hi Annie, Tamoxifen can cause this.  My ob gyn is using spotting as her indicator for whether I need a biopsy, not uterine thickness, which is a foregone conclusion in her book.  You will need to follow up with biopsy.  Not fun, but you really have an excellent chance it's nada.  Chances of uterine cancer are really quite minimal on this drug.

I'm having a biopsy next week for a new suspicious area in the other breast.  This is tough stuff, and the truth is, it never goes away.  By the way, I did the exact same treatment as you, the exact same time.

Try if you can not to get too anxious.  I keep telling myself fear is only robbing me of peace now.

Thankyou for your reply, I hope your biopsy goes well. I would like to know how you go and if I can support you in anyway I would be happy to help. Luv AnneSmile
