DIM and Arimidex?

I have been taking Arimidex for almost 8 months and have no really bothersome se's. I have a single bone met which is necrotic after rads. I have no intention of stopping Arimidex, since it got me to NED, but was wondering if adding DIM would have any benefits or drawbacks. My mo is not a great fan of supplements but knows what I am taking ( D3, MSM, Glucosamine and pro-biotic) and has no objections. She envisions treating this as a chronic condition and so do I. Any thoughts on adding DIM to my AI?

I see a nutritionist who I met through a cancer support center. I am on Femara and she has me on DIM and Tumeric plus other supplements.

I've been on Femara for 5 years and my oncologist wants me to stay on it longer. Currently I am taking a 3 month "holiday" off Femara due to bone loss and bad joint pain. I wanted to calm done the chronic inflammation and will restart Femara again in Sept. I hope to do 9 months on and 3 months off to save my bone/joint health if I need to use long term. Anyway my nutritionist uses many supplements from THORNE and PURE manufacturers. This supplement is Thorne Crucera SGS which is a broccoli extract.
