Try Bosweilla. Now Foods makes and extra strength version. It takes awhile to work but I found it to be helpful.
It gets better!

As far as I know, it is inflammation. I found that it helped to eat as many anti-inflammatory foods as possible (fatty fish, greens and chilis are particularly helpful) and to get exercise, just walking is fine, it does not have to be anything strenuous. Even if hurt and ache at the beginning of a walk, it is usually better after I walk for 30-40 minutes.

Could be the lack of estrogen, in which case exercise really helps even though that seems counter-intuitive. Try to at least go for walks and see of that helps.

Along with the challenge of battling cancerous invasion of breast tissue and lymph system is dealing with chemo side effects. The good news that there are products on the market to reduce inflammation and oxygen deprivation during and after chemo, surgery, and radiation treatments. Your joints ache probably due to inflammation. Inflammation is a big enemy. So, what do we do. Number 1. Purest water available. I drink alkaline. 2. MSM/Vit C will detoxify strengthen and reduce inflammation. 3. Cellfood 4. Cellfood RNA/DNA. These can be life savers and cause you to sail through Chemo and cause your tissue to be protected and regenerate quickly. Great love to all you! GRACE! GRACE!

ACUPUNCTURE.
I sound like a "broken record" about this, but I don't think I'd be walking if I hadn't started ACUPUNCTURE treatments when I started taking Arimidex.
Anti inflammation products help, I also am DAIRY free, and GLUTEN free, both make a HUGE, HUGE difference, for the better, for me.
Only carbs I eat, besides veggies, quinoa, and some beans. The biggest difference for me, after acupuncture, has been the food.
ALSO, check your Vitamin D levels. Getting mine up from 17, to in the 50's made huge positive difference for me too.
Good luck.
ETA: notice a new poster, seems to be "selling" a product, expect the moderators will deal with that.Sad we are such a "target audience" for being selling things.

You are very wise! Diet! Yes, diet! Let us not forget the wisdom of a raw diet eliminating the inflammatory effects of dairy and meat. I have never done Acupuncture. Hmm. Arimidex I was on a short time and found quite disgusting and switched to natural alternative EstroX. Then went on chemo and Dr. incorporated estrogen inhibitors in my chemo cocktails. I will step up the Vit D. Up to the 4,000 level. Or do you think that is enough?
-
now that's a "new" one - incorporating AI's into chemotherapy? really????
-
I second Acupuncture! It was a miracle for me. I felt like I was 100 years old after Chemo I could hardly move. My docs said it was the abrupt shut off of estrogen. I did 5 sessions of Acupuncture but by the 3rd session I was 80 % better. I do a session every six months to "tune up" the bod.
Good luck I hope you find some relief soon.
