Should I buy a juicer?

yes yes yes. It helps. fresh veggies and fruit. I often do fruit juice in the mornings and veggie in the afternoon. That way if I do not eat as well as I know I should I still get some goodness from the juicer. The only down side is the clean up but it's still worth it.
