Stomach Bloating - Look Pregnant

Anyone had any experience with stomach bloating after Whole Brain Radiation? My mom looks six months pregnant.  We are not sure if it is because of the radiation, steriods, long term chemo?  Her onclogist don't seem worried....Any experiences would be helpful.

    Hi, im sorry your mom is going through this and know you must be so worried i dont have an answer for you but wanted to let you know that if you type in the search area "Not diagnosed with a stage 1v but need answers type here"  it will take you to this link and and you can ask the stage 4 ladies there, even though your mom is stage 4 it is a place where you can ask them questions rather than going directly to there sites and posting. Hope this helps. Your mom is lucky to have you as a daughter to be so thoughtful of her and wanting to help. One thing i might ask you though is has she seen a gynocologist? If its not related to her wbr than it might be something else she needs to get looked at. Sending love and hugs and prayers.

    Hi Hope4. Does your mom have liver mets? That can be one of the symptoms. If that isn't part of her diagnosis, I'd certainly have them check because there is a lot that can be done to make her more comfortable if that's the case. So sorry for what your mom's going through...and for you.
