Mixed breast density.

In the UK, we are not often told of our breast density. Speaking with my friends who are of my age and some older, they knew little about breast density. Having had a conversation with my GP, that while high breast density, increasing the risk for breast cancer, little is known about mixed breast density.

For any analysts among you, here is a report that has been undertaken in the UK for mixed breast density.

Thanks, Sommer! My left breast is very dense and my right is not dense at all, a perfect case of asymmetry. Drives me nutty.

Hi Carpe,

It is an interesting report, if you can take the time to read it! Dense breast tissue as a whole is not mentioned here in the UK, directly, but boy it is on the full pathology reports!
