Eating for your blood type and do you know what type you are?

I am curious if anyone follows this and if you know what blood type you are?  I am an "A" and according to the book we are set up to get cancer than other blood types.  We are supposed to be vegetarians and rarely, if not at all, eat meat.  Oh how I wish I was an "O" so I would be a true carnivore!
