Recurrence and Tumor Grade

..you remember...when you are newly diagnosed you do WAY to much thinking.   If there is a recurrence, is it usually the same type and grade of tumor?  I know the stage will depend how quickly it's found.  Thanks.  Just curious.

    I think that with metastisis, they "change expression" 25-30% of the time. Which means your initial tumor might have been ER+ but the met won't be. Same goes for PR & Her2. This is what I remember reading when I was "newly diagnosed" & "doing way too much reading"?
