4TH TA TAS SISTERHOOD REUNION IN VEGAS!!!!!

SheChirple - you can sing off key and nobody would ever know!  Seriously we all have way too much to drink - we sing at the top of our voices and we dance all night long.  The next day your legs are going to be so darn tired from standing up and dancing for 5-6 hours straight!

OMG - you are on the fence?  You have to trust us -this is one party that you are not going to want to miss and after going the first time - you will be going every year thereafter!  Nothing will stop you!

For the Newbies and the "On the fence'abies" - just wanted to say that since this is the 4th trip (and many ladies have been on all 4 trips - some for 3 and some for 2)... we have become very fast friends.  After you make the first trip and meet everyone and start to connect you will really be part of the TATA Sisterhood.  We are kind of quite on this site right now but it will heat up as we get closer to the trip. 

I'm kind of shy and reserved, but I LOVE my sisters and have had so much fun on these trips with them.  Not a Vegas fan really but I do love my music and dancing and we do lots of that!  Some of us drink, and some do not.  Some of us are foodies and love to eat and others save their money for other things.  Some shop, some gamble, some sun by the pool.  It does not matter what floats your boat - just be willing to try a few things with fellow sisters and I can guarantee you will be back next year for more.  Many of us feel that this connection we have made is so special and sweet. We have fought the same beast. We are  vets.  We celebrate our lives.  We live in the moment.  And we are here to hold each other up.  If you are ready to celebrate then this is the crowd for you!

This will be my fourth year!  I went to my last radiation appointment - straight to the airport and straight to Vegas back in 2009.  I wouldn't miss this for the world.  Literally I would have to be in the hospital hooked up to a breathing machine to miss this annual trip.

Journey said it so well......we were all new meeting each other and yet we have developed a beautiful friendship with one another ever since.

If you are new - don't hesitate - don't even think for a moment that you will feel left out.  Us professionals work hard to make the newbies feel welcome, taking ya'll under our wings and making sure you are apprised of everything going on so that you can pick and choose what you want to do during the downtime which really isn't a bunch of time because we have so many group activities planned.

I hope some of the newbies from last year will chime in and get some of you gals OFF THAT DARN FENCE!

Hubby is encouraging me to go.  See, I love to party, and dance, and sing and have fun.  He not so much.  I do like to gamble, but only a little slot machine action, maybe some craps or roulette. Oh, and my legs NEVER get tired of dancing.

I am more and more intrigued...FACECRAFTER...I don't know what your "stuff" is, but...........bring it on!

My next surgery is July 23rd and I'll be home for 3 wks.  So, I'll probably bite the bullet and sign up then. 

I would be happy to share a room with one friendly, fun and not crabby lady.  (Sorry, my MIL just got back from a cruise where she got stuck with the most demanding, crabby, entitled princess of a senior citizen and it has made me a little nervous)

Gretchen...I got crabby when I had to sit at the Vegas airport for 13hrs because my 12:30p flight was cancelled and I had to wait for the next flight at 2am.... I was not a happy camper. LOL

I sure do hope I have a better experience this go'round....

I know some of you had bad experiences with the flights that year but I think mine was the worst one!!!

That little $50 credit they gave me for my next flight expired last year so I did not get to use it.  :-(

By crabby, I mean this lady was demanding.  Get me X, bring me Y, I don't care what your policy is, I want, I said"....bitch bitch bitch.  She told MIL "If you need to sleep with lights on, or watch TV that is fine".  Then, when MIL got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night she screamed at her "TURN THAT F'IN LIGHT OFF, YOU WOKE ME UP".  I'd have to leave.  But they were on a cruise.

Hello sisters, It has been a long time...I am back........First DM13, thank you for voting for Jeff my DH, I really appreciate it.  He is so deserving of this gift.  With his new job he drives about 3000 miles a month and this will take care of his deep tissue massage every month as his back is getting pretty bad....This would be a great father's day present.

Well I am working in an itinerary for Vegas, I am hoping to have a tentative itinerary for you guys by the weekend that we can go ahead and post....

I cannot believe that Vegas is almost around the corner....

Juli was fresh meat last year and we broke her in good!  She had the neatest pink feather boa.

I am in Florida vacationing and having a blast.  Already getting a tan and not even trying.

Laura - totally forgot about Dress Barn - I went and bought a neat dress there that I can also wear in Vegas.  We are in Destin and unfortunately there is a huge outlet mall here with all of the major players.  Still don't feel great about going into the  Michael Kors store as I know I can't afford anything there.  I guess one day if I actually put on a face I could do it.

It is only a short time and we will be getting together! 

OMG I just watched the zip line videos on youtube!! I have GOT to do THAT!
