Talked a friend into coming with me will book tomorrow my room . So excited.
-
Hi All You Lovely TaTa's,
Just a reminder to PM me if you will be arriving on Thursday for the pre-party.
Can not wait to see you all in Vegas.
Hugs, Cheryl
-
Woohoo! I can hardly wait. Last year was my first year and I really enjoyed it. Getting roomies lined up. And for the rest of you that are new, you will want to get your SAVE THE TATAS rhinestone blinged tshirt for the event Saturday evening. I don't remember the site to order, but I know one of the ladies on this thread will remember.
-
Ok, so where do I get the Rhinestone Save the TaTas t-shirt?
-
Gosh I don't know where you get the t-shirts. I have had mine since Year #1.
Going to bump this thread up so that hopefully ya'll can get some answers.
I do know the information is located on the 3rd Vegas get-together thread but don't have time to research it right now.
-
I looked back on the thread from last year and the website that the gals were ordering their t-shirts from is:
Newbies - we all wear the same shirt on Saturday night. Actually anything black will do but most of the girls wear the black Save the TaTas shirts.
The original group from the first year were able to get Viva Las Tatas T-shirts but those have been discontinued.
-
The specific style that the gals order from www.savethetatas.com are
(1) Tank top - #1305158B - $28.97
(2) T-shirt - #1205126B - $28.97
It is already blinged out!
-
I know the question will come up so I will go ahead and put the info out there.
Question - What should I pack?
Answer - anything you want! It is VEGAS and anything goes! Just remember it will be freaking HOT!
We do dress up on Friday night - cocktail dresses and yes....some of us wear tiaras just because we can!
Saturday night - we wear our T-shirts.
At every other event it is come as you please. Some wear shorts, capris, pants, sun dresses - whatever!
Have at least one pair of comfortable shoes with you. Bring your bathing suit for the pool.
The hotel bathrooms have hair dryers and make up mirrors. If I remember correctly the bathrooms at Planet Hollywood had 2 hairdryers in each bathroom.
-
Keep talkin'...I'm getting excited.
-
HEY LADIES QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT! IF YOU ARE GOING INTO VEGAS EARLY ON THE 27th YOUR RATE WILL BE THE SAME $129!!!
See ya soon!!! -
Why wait until Thursday? I am planning on coming in on Wed!
-
Here's a link to the "bling" tank:
-
Question...have you guys found that the tanks/t-shirts run true to size? Or run small/big?
-
I believe the tanks run a little big and the t-shirts a little small. I have a t-shirt (so I know for sure about that

-
Thank you! I notice that they are 100% cotton. Does it seem like they were pre-shrunk?
-
I have one of the original t-shirts and I don't believe it was pre-shrunk. A member of the group advised that we hand wash in cold water and do not put in the dryer as she had done this and it had shrunk.
-
Okay... good to know.
I suppose they are probably better off hand washed, air dried since they have the embellishment. -
Just tried to book a room coming in on Thursday and the lower rate has not been entered in the system yet. I'll try again tomorrow.
As for shirts I found that the T-shirt was a little snug. I'll try to remember to look tonight to see what size I have and will post that info along with my normal top size for reference.
-
I had the same issue with the Thursday night booking. After a talking to the booking corrdinator, she finally gave me the lower rate...but said that it was not approved and not in the contract. Tracey...I sent you a PM about this.
-
On the shirt question...mine is a Large and it fits like a fitted medium. I have only washed in cold and line dry. Hope that helps!
-
Journey yours is a t-shirt, though, not a tank right? My t-shirt is a Large also and fits snug (like it's a medium). Can someone weigh in about the tanks? I am pretty sure they run more true to size.
-
I ordered a medium t-shirt, now you guy's have me worried it's going to be to small.
Oh well you will just be able to see my ta ta's really well! Can't wait!!Pam
-
You are too funny Pam!

-
I have one of the original Viva Las Ta-Ta's tanks and it runs large. I think mine is a medium and I should have gotten a small. I'm not that small a person so I thought the med would be OK.
I've washed mine twice now and it's not shrinking. Keep in mind though, that I think the tanks are made of a "looser" woven cotton than the T's and that's why I think they run larger.
Terri
-
Thanks, Terri. That's what I thought: tanks run big, t-shirts run small.
With that said, Pam: my Large is snug but not unwearable! I'm sure your medium will be fine
But if you don't like it I bet they have a return/exchange policy at the Savethetatas site. -
Ok i spoke to soon. I got my t-shirt yesterday, yes they do run small. It will work but a large would of been a little more comfortable. I just won't wash it till i get back from Vegas! Hope everyone is having a good weekend!!!
Pam
-
Whoa....$28.97 for a TANK! I sure hope the money to charity helps.
-
Ok, this thread got quiet again!! So I am going to shamelessly bump it back to the top!
Can't wait to get the plans detailed out! I hope the Piano Bar is in the mix again this year!
-
Hey Jancie can't wait to see you again. I hope the piano Bar is on the itinerary as well.
