looking down my shirt...

I wear vest tops from primark £2.00 each in various colours over my sports bras keeps everything tucked in nicely under my tshirts and uniform for work where's there's lots of bending goin on had a single mastectomy no reconstruction 9 years ago and have only just found them wearing these vests makes me so much more comfortable!!

I wear camisole tops that come up higher than most and don't have a built-in shelf or bra, as those types tend to pull down on me.  I have a bunch in black, white and nude and a bunch in other fun colors for layering.  They're all different brands.  This works well for me, I'm a uni-lateral and have an ugly vertical scar, my size is a 34DDD. I also like wearing button down blouses  vs.  round neck tops.  

I have my bras sewn into tank tops, so I wear a tank as my first layer of clothing and that is where the foobs reside. I have amassed a collection of large, light scarves that I wear a lot. That way my neckline is somewhat covered.
