Flax seed & radiation

Hi, The page wouldn't load. Curious about the article since I'm now eating about 1/2 cup of ground flax per day and am scheduled to start radiation on Monday.

I am curious too, I am way past rads but was told at the start by the nuitritionist to get my nuitriants from food and not suppliments
they had asked me at the start what suppliments I took
since I eat flax seed muffines for breakfast every day, interested in this in a general way now

thats v interesting - but i have read the jury is still out on whether flaxseed is good for er/pr+ breast cancer.......

Thanks for the link! I am eating about 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds per day. Sprinking it into my food instead of using other oils, which was inspired by the Gerson therapy. It's good to see there's research that confirms it.

Just got back from naturopaths appt - she was a radiation nurse before she was a doctor. She said no on Flax oil, yes on flax, but only if its FRESHLY GROUND FLAX......

just that in that state, flax oil is one step from estrogen.....on a cellular level.
