I don't eat meats anymore, well occassionally, but not like I used to.  I drink only organic milk since I love milk and drink a lot of it.

Thanks for starting this thread.  I am curious to see what others have done or suggest!

I heard about that book too.  I'll probably pick up a copy for my mom (she is the one with BC).  I'm curious to hear stories of people who have been on this type of diet long term and what the outcomes are.  I'm seriously considering changing the way I eat after reading about how food can affect your estrogen levels.  My risk for BC is higher now that my mom has it, so changing my diet might be a good precautionary step to take.

I just bought the book "The Practical Encyclopedia of Superfoods: With 150 high-impact power-packed recipes." I love it because I have already started to eat blueberries, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, salmon, walnuts, humus, organic milk, etc on a regular basis, and this book has recipes for these SuperFoods!  I will order joycek recommendation "Anti- Estrogenic Diet" too Smile

I just saw Dr Oz while I was recovering from lumpectomy. He says that orange slices and avocado slices in same salad is anti-estrogenic and a natural belly fat fighter also, a two-for-one!Wink
