InspireHealth?

Has anyone had personal experience with Inspire Health ( www.inspirehealth.ca )? I heard about it through a friend, but can't decide whether I want to go that route. I understand there is a yearly fee but think that my extended health would cover it. Would love to hear any feedback on the program and whether you found it worthwhile.

Thank you!

I went a few years ago and really liked it. You do pay a yearly membership  of about 50 or so dollars. You get a lot of free services and courses included. They are really caring and do a lot of research and publish a newsletter.  The 2 day seminar was great and that cost extra but it includes your first year unless they changed that

If you care about nutrition/mind/body/natural remedies this is the place for you.

Thanks for the feedback, hugz! Sounds like it might be well worth the travel time (they are about 45 minutes from me by car).

    Hi akmom,

Did you end up going to IH? I attended their 2 day seminar program in March and was pretty impressed. I am a member and think they offer some great stuff. Unfortunately I am not close enough to make it there to go to the weekly events that they hold. If I still lived where I did 4 years ago I'd be there all the time I think. The monday acupuncture groups are apparently really good.

Anyways, curious to see what you thought if you ended up going.

Hi Ashley, I haven't gone yet, but still planning to check it out. Thanks for your feedback! I will update this thread when I finally get there, in case anyone else is wondering.
