Humor me, size questions

I am going to try some dress ideas, as in sewing, for myself. However, I would like to try to get a sense of sizing more generally. So for anyone willing to offer the info, I would like to know the following:

Ribcage measurement, i.e. how much your ribcage measures where your bra-band would go, but the actual measurement, not the bra size.

The size of your foobs, if you wear them.

Your dress size if you go buy a dress at somewhere like Macy's or Ann Taylor.

Your height.

Hey, Momine - Well, I am just popping in here before bed, so I grabbed a measuring tape and checked myself. I measure 31 inches where the bra band would go. That's in a comfortable, relaxed stance. If I breath deeply, it's 32 inches, and if I pull the tape snug, it's 30 inches. I say 31 inches because it allows me to breathe normally. I wear a small or size 2 or 4 dress. Same goes for a top. I don't wear prosthetics, and because I have truncal LE, I will often wear a compression tank. I usually wear a medium in those. I am thin but have broader shoulders, not a super curvy figure. My original bra size was a 34C, which looked proportional on my frame and figure. I am 5'4" and weigh 117. I don't know if this helps, but I wear a size 28 in jeans. Depending on the brand, that would be a 2 or 4.

Good luck with your sewing project!! Sounds like fun.

Tina, thanks. I am thinking of trying some ideas that are not fitted in the hip. That would eliminate some of the sizing trouble if a production could be started. But I am trying to get an idea of the size range on top. Thanks for the help.
