The Next Person Game
Comments
-
Yes! DH is travelling so watching movies and reading.
The next person has an automatic dishwasher in her kitchen.
-
Yes.....I never had or wanted one until we built this house 7 years ago....I have a Bosch and I love it.
The next person has mystery keys on her keyring
-
Nope, not anymore! But I do have a mystery set of keys in my 'junk' drawer.
The next person also has a 'junk' drawer in the kitchen.
-
Yes--and I just deep cleaned it Saturday for the first time in (you fill in the blank) ____ years!
The next person loves to shop at a nearby dollar store
-
yes
next person has an empty nest
-
No. It is just my husband and me, but we never had kids, no we never had a full nest! (what is with junk drawers? Are they usually in the kitchen?)
The next person has eaten lobster this week.
-
No.
The next person gets a day off from work tomorrow. (It is primary election day in my state and people vote in the schools, so schools are closed. Some days it is good to be a teacher!)
-
Yes I only work 1day a week woohoo to me
And yes I think every kitchen needs a junk draw all my to do later papers go in there
The next person buys a magazine once a week -
false - we have a couple subscriptions, but never get 'em once a week.
the next person loves to bake
-
True, but I HATE to clean up!
The next person stays up way too late at night
-
False......when you wake up before the crack of dawn, it's difficult to stay up past 9pm. I used to be a night owl but not since '96.
The next person is golfing today.
-
No. I have never been golfing!
The next person wore a pastel colored top today.
-
False
the next person is frustrated with the new format ---
-
extremely true, I just posted a complaint on one of the 'I hate this format' threads....do so also if you feel the same
the next person still has work to do tonight
-
No ---no work for me (unless folding the laundry counts as work).
The next person saw a butterfly today.
-
False.
The next person wonders what the he!! they were thinking when they made these changes to CBO.
-
TRUE Oh I so don't like changes it throws me of to much
Does The next person count calories -
False.....too much work. I just try to avoid certain things (or too much of a good thing)...sugar being my biggest bugaboo. I met up with on old friend last year at a wedding, she looked, IMO, emaciated. She told me she only eats gluten-free and carries a food-weighing scale with her and this has been the biggest key for her weight loss success. Ugh.
(I hate the new format)
The next person has a Dyson vacuum cleaner (and loves it..hates it...doesn't think it's all that)
-
False (I have an Oreck and really, really like it!)
The next person has an Oreck vacuum cleaner and really likes it.
-
I love my Orecks (have two of them!)
The next person will probably spend less time on BCO if they keep this format

-
Unfortunately, this is true for me. What keeps me coming back are my friends (like Ruth!) but I'm afraid many people will spend less time here.
The next person really wishes the old format was back but doesn't think that is going to happen.
-
I imagine that nothing can stand in the way of 'progress'

I liked that I could easily see what was going on & pop in on a thread if I saw a friend posted there or it was something I thought I could add to the conversation. Now it is to cumbersome to plod all the way through them.
the next person ate too much at a potluck today
-
false
the next person has an aching knee
(I liked the old format better as well)
-
false
the next person thinks she has a wart on the bottom of her foot
-
False (Sorry about the wart. The bottom of my feet have been hurting for a couple of months. I'm blaming Arim.)
The next person volunteered tonight for an organization.
-
false
I am ignoring the potential wart because I don't have time to deal wiit it!

-
