Does anyone use that as an estrogen blocker?  Would it be better to choose that or DIM?

Hi Itsjustme, the DIM combo I use contains both and some.  I believe that most sisters who take DIM complement with other supps, i.e. grape seed extract and/or calcium d glucarate and others

    Thank you Maud.

I guess I'll have to go to GNC and take a look around.  I'm so confused - I take my chewable Centrum and I'm done... LOL...I just want to find something to take since Tamoxifen didn't agree with me, and I refuse to be put into fake menopause.

I wrote down the supplements you mentioned, and I'll take the list with me.

    Hi,

I take Tamoxifen,  DIM and Calcium D Glucarate as well as a host of others... The chemo put me in menopause so my estrogen levels are very, very low.

Good luck with your supplement search!

Itsjustme, while you're shopping around, maybe you could look into a more naturally sourced multi-vitamin.  Centrum is all synthetic, your body cannot absorb synthetic, does not know how to dispose of the chemicals, not good.  Just a thought Smile oh and make sure that the DIM does not contain soy, most brands do.  There are many threads here on DIM where you could glean a lot of info

Thanks again, Maud.  I'll start reading those threads, and check into other vitamins. :)
