Anyone interested in baby steps?

I am a long way out from chemo and herceptin,but have been plagued with complications plus fibromyalgia that has limited my getting back to exercise.I read the "Let's post our daily exercise" thread and I would be embarrassed to post what I am able to do when I see how active they are! I thought maybe those of us who are taking "baby steps" to get back in shape might like a place to post and get encouragement.I read that as little as ten minutes a day can make a difference,so let's start small and work our way up to what is comfortable for us.Sunday I mowed lawn with the push mower.Yesterday I rode my stationary bike for 20 minutes and today I will do my Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk.

    You can come over to 'Lets Post'....we have everybody from real runners, to strolling in the park, to yoga gals, bike riders, to walking in the mall ladies, and yes, lawn mowers. All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged!!
