harder breast

Hi, I'm new here. I just diagonised DCIS, grade 1 and  had lumpetomy on Apr.6, and got swallon breast after 1 week. The Doc. drained on the last monday and said I have seroma. Now it seems very hard around nipple, is it normal?

    Was the lumpectomy near your nipple?  My seroma around my incision is very firm, and I was told that was normal.  I was also told it was normal to have inflammation several weeks out in the nearby ducts, and those all converge at the nipple.  Can you call your BS office and ask someone?

    Thanks a lot! Laster, I called the office and will see him today, and he said he don't worry about it, but want to take a look.
