~ Favorite quotes or inspiring words ~
Im on facebook a lot - and I am always posting words of inspiration daily - mainly for myself - but usually they resonate for others as well. I thought itd be a great thing to start a thread on what inspires or resonates for you. What gets you thru the day? Fills you with gratitude? Or just inspires you? Here is one I posted today that I agree with, love, and struggle with all at the same time. Please post your favorites - and I hope you come back and post more......
Within you is the strength to meet life’s challenges! You are stronger than you think, remember to stand tall. Every challenge in your life helps you to grow. Every problem you encounter strengthens your mind and your soul. Every trouble you overcome increases your understanding of life. When all your troubles weigh heavily on your shoulders, remember that beneath the burden you can stand tall, because you are never given more than you can handle… And you are stronger than you think.

Love it!! Here is mine today:
You just do it. You force yourself to get up. You force yourself to put one foot before the other, and darn it, you refuse to let it get to you. You fight. You cry. You curse. Then you go about the business of living. That’s how I’ve done it. There’s no other way. ~Elizabeth Taylor -
"A bad attitude is like a flat tire: you really can't go anywhere until you change it."

It is not easy to live life sometimes, and face the world with a
smile when you're feeling discouraged. It takes a lot of courage to reach down inside yourself, and find the strength and believe that tomorrow is a new day with new possibilities. But there is! Each and every new day offers you these wonderful beginings. Hold on to these thoughts and you'll come out stronger, with renewed hope and with a new pride in yourself from knowing that you made it! -
It's not how much you accomplish in life
that really counts,
but how much you give to other. It's not how high you build your dreams
that makes a difference,
but how high your faith can climb. It's not how many goals you reach,
but how many lives you touch. It's not who you know that matters,
but who you are inside.Believe in the impossible,
~ Rebecca Barlow Jordan ~
hold tight to the incredible,
and live each day to its fullest potential.
You can make a difference
in your world.

this was my FB post today:
Don't you just love that feeling? You know, the one you get when you take a deep breath and suddenly everything feels like it’s going to be okay. When you feel as hopeless as can be and life is stressful but then there's these moments we have every now and then when we get this feeling and you get this rush and the world stops spinning for a second and everything is clear. At that moment it is then you know you're going to be just fine. We need more of those moments.
I refuse to accept any influences outside of the healing intentions of my life. Only that which is based in unconditional love with I consciously allow to enter my soul.

And once the storm is over you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, in fact, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what the storm’s all about.
Haruki Murakami -
here's another one:
“Deep grief sometimes is almost like a specific location, a coordinate on a map of time. When you are standing in that forest of sorrow, you cannot imagine that you could ever find your way to a better place. But if someone can assure you that they themselves have stood in that same place, and now have moved on, sometimes this will bring hope”― Elizabeth Gilbert

A pretty faces gets old, a nice body will change.....but a good woman will always be a good woman.
