Anyone from Hamilton?

I was wondering if there was anyone from Hamilton here --

There is a great program happening at the YWCA on Ottawa North -- Thursday at 6.

Encore program is for post breast cancer surgery -- it offers quiet exercise, guest speakers, a support circle and pool time --- this program is FREE. Hard to find anything like this. They are in Nova Scotia and now Ontario -- check your local Y to see.

Starts this Thursday at 6 and goes until June 7 --- wear comfortable clothes -- and bring a bathing suit and towel.

Thanks for posting this Joanne! I am not too far from Ottawa Street myself and was considering checking this out. Do you mind If I ask what the approximate age of those who attend??

Hi bimmer2011 -- the group started 2 weeks ago -- I missed both -- but hopefully will get there next week -- having skin irritation from rads. -- the age of the women range from maybe mid 30 to mid 50 ... It was a good range -- I only went for the orientation but they seemed like a nice group of ladies. Check out the flyer and give them a call --
