My top picks for recurrence prevention supplements (not necessarily just vitamins) added since my bc dx are D3 (2,000 mg., but my D tested high normal before this); Iodoral; curcumin; and green tea extract.

Other "new" supplements I take based on hormone testing that showed I needed them include Natural TSH and DHEA.

I've always taken and continue to take a lot of other stuff -- E, a calcium complex, B-Complex, EPA/Omega 3s, CoQ10, and several more.

I firmly believe our bodies and our bcs are unique and individual, and guidance from a good integrative or naturopathic doc is better than trying to figure it out on your own or copying what others are doing, although we all learn from those suggestions.     JMO...      Deanna

DLB - your supplement shelf sounds almost exactly like mine! I've also added metformin in the last week - there's just too much good information on this for BC. My integrative doc and my MO both agree with everything I am taking.
