I have LE in my right arm, as well as a little in the chest/breast area.  I had reconstruction, but there was some skin necrosis and I ended up a bit lopsided.  I had the recon so I would not have to wear prosthesis ugh but I am uneven..  Would a bra or vest flatten the big boob so I would look a little more balanced?  I'm  just trying to look better, not worried about uplift , separation and all that .  I'm fine with the uniboob look.

Any suggestions?

Instead of trying to flatten your larger side, why don't you build up the other side with a foamy insert shoved into your unibra. I have  two implants and both have drifted towards my pits so I get a better look by putting foamies on each side.  The only problem is you have to watch that they don't drift out. If you have a uniboob bra with a lining then cut a slit by the armhole side and slip your foamy in there. That keeps them put.  The downside to all of this is that they get really hot and sweaty if you put them next to your skin and exercise. Also  when I don't need to impress anyone I wear patterned teeshirts with nothing  under but my lumpy implants. The pattern really confuses the untrained eye and tends to be more concealing. hope that helps.

Watch that your bras are not tight as you can trigger truncal LE like I did when I was wearing a T back jogger bra that I thought was loose enough. Ironically I was sitting in a LE conference all day and then drove two hours home. I was in pain  as the conference ended and didn't clue in.I haven't worn a normal bra since then. The T back jogger bra seams to just grab me wrong causing swelling so I use a tank type uniboob bra that comes high up under my pit area. (picture a sleeveless tank)

I've tried that.  Basically I made my own insert using nursing pads and a makeup sponge.  I generally wear it with a sports bra that has an insert pocket but thought another solution could to be flatten the big one. Its really too big!  Not sure I want more surgery.

I still have not brought a "real prosthesis bra or insert" , I think they are wayyyy overpriced, even with insurance paying for some of it.  It just seems like a racket. So I've been winging it.
