Alternative Treatment

Abigail, I was talking about the chinese herb which goes by many names, Ban Zhi Lian/ Barbed Skullcap Herb/ Scutellaria Barbata/ Barbat Skullcap/ Skute Barbata/ Herba Scutellariae Barbatae
Please note there are several herbs called Skullcap or Scullcap, the most common is American Skullcap and this is not the same as Scutellaria Barbata/ Ban Zhi Lian. Getting the right herb is important.
-
re blue herbs, bing had a photo (has) on today of texas bluebonnets, I wonder if............
-
in the interim I got back to my herbal books: skimming them I found what I'd noted long ago: the best cancer remedy herb is......violets. again a dark color, as dark colored fruits & vegetables are said to be best, the literature has 2 cures noted with this herb, (none breast cancer), but violets, on this continent anyway, are teeny & few. expensive, I guess, but I wonder what african violet plant mushed up & use topically would do..........
-
there's also 2 herbs in the geranium family, one called herb robert, used on the american continent by 1st people as a cancer remedy
-
That Geranium... Herb Robert, is a good find Abigail. I'd never heard of it as I've mostly researched Asian herbs so far. Also known as Death come quickly or Stinky Bob, a noxious weed in Washington, smells like burnt tires or dead mice, Crushed and rubbed on skin, repels mosquitoes. LOL It makes for an interesting read.
I hope I can find some research to back up the health claims. So far I've only found one confirming it's an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and acknowledging it's traditionally been used to treat cancer.
-
Abigail, if you go to www.cancertutor.com, you'll find almost all the alternative protocols. However, I hate to sound like a damaged record, but you should get examined. At least then you'll know exactly what you are dealing with and you'll have a better idea how to treat it. I don't want to come here and read that something bad (that could have easily been prevented) has happened to you.
-
One of my Unty is suffering from it
I am too looing for alternative for it.
-
wrote a long reply but laptop wouldn't post it.
you have more info than I on herb robert but the lit I have did note it's stinky.
I've used geranioum oil & rose geranium as a scent for many decades, excepting the last 5 years.
gary null said recently that oil of oregano is a superior antibiotic, may get some for if it gets worse instead of better as it seems to be doing, getting better
appreciate the link, will look at it, as for as "seeing" someone, I expect they's first want x-rays & I'm unable to tollrate them, see post above somewhere. as for a stranger touching me......I don;t think so. & It seems to me conventional therapies only postpone the troubles 5 or even more years when we're older & less able to endure
-
interesting link, I skimmed most of it. use apricot kernal oil recently topically, juice dark grapes when we can get them: having no supermarket for the last many months is very difficult, but it's a promise (right) to open for business again in june. YAY
I guess dr. rife isn't the light remedy i mentioned above, though that dr did say cancer was a greenish blue non'or permeable bacteria, cured with an opposite color of light with his machine.
I did get a pineapple last time my helpers went down the mt to a realmarket, must process it today. thinking seriously about getting bromalaine, though any pills or capsules is a slippery slope, I think, & I'd need vegetarian capsules, not sure how bromalaine is marketed.....
-
gary just said oregano oil is too strong to use topically: "unless there's gangrene"
-
Abigail, I don't think the Rife machine is a light weight. I did a search on BCO to see if the topic was discussed. Very interesting. Seach "Anyone hear of a Rife Machine?"
There was a woman, bilbuz, who was dx with uterine cancer. She started using the machine, but she did not inform her doctor. After bilbuz had the hysterectomy, her doctor called her to apologize because she took out a healthy uterus, so apparently the machine worked.
The reason bilbuz did not share what she was doing with her doctor is because she did not believe in alternative treatments. I think she is a believer now. (lol)
-
Joconrad, sorry to hear about your aunt. What type of breast cancer does she have and has she tried conventional medicine already?
-
I'd be interested in trying that Rife machine. Right now I am looking into PEMF. My naturo doc recommended one. He said that it was not the same as Rife. So finally, I started looking at the web page for it and I see it is contraindicated for oncological conditions. I emailed him about that and am awaiting a response. It may be something they have to put on their site so that the Medical Mafia doesn't come after them. With what it is supposed to do, I don't see why it would logically be contraindicated for cancer. But then, I'm no expert.
How's everyone doing with their alternative protocols? I think I am taking too many supplements, so that's another thing I need to talk to naturo doc about. Also, I must make an appt with a nutritionist who is alternative-minded. But I just came back to work this week and am working OT. I think I came back to soon. Keep breaking into tears. Next week I have bone density scan on Monday, PET scan on Tuesday, echo cardiogram on Wednesday, and my first "pump me up" by breast reconstruction doc on Thursday. Plus working. My exercise plans for these 2 weeks are screwed.
-
light machine, not light weight, light rays. I've always thought tears means too much salt. the gerson therapy woman, charlotte gerson said it was salt causes cancer. I have also a meniers type trouble, & when I stopped all salt for a year, a few months into this my hearing returned. I noticed in the site about the rife machine, in the meniers info, low salt diet isn't mentioned
-
zuvart, appreciate your directing me to the only alternatives thread via your profile, I'd lost it somehow
I've been thinking of ....tobacco. not smoking, & not cigarettes, they have a large percentage of sugar & harmalines, which may be estrogenic (?), but I'm an astrologer, not a very good one apparently, tobacco is the only drug ruled by mars. but how would one use it........it's a stron poison, & how would one get the leaf..........

I just read this article and had to share it.
They are putting out Cancer Barbie. With a bad head.
http://www.naturalnews.com/035531_Barbie_cancer_chemotherapy.html -
I guess Barbie never heard of the Cold Caps to keep your hair...
-
These Barbies are aimed at kids on chemo or those who've lost their hair to alopecia. I had a student with alopecia a few years ago. I worked with the parents to help the other students and families in our class understand her condition. It was difficult for the student and I bet she would have loved a doll that looked like her. Caryn
-
I bet you are right Caryn. After I read the article a little more closely I see that it is intended only for kids who have lost their hair. I just wish chemo was NOT the standard of care, so all this hair loss wouldn't be necessary. Sorry if I offended anyone.

I'm having a pretty miserable time hanging out in the chat room with the ladies who are doing conventional treatments. They treat me like I am a "dead man walking" and do not permit me to discuss what I am doing (without criticizing the heck out of me). I am wondering if anyone would be interested in meeting in the other chatroom around 9pm Eastern on a fairly regular basis to discuss the alternative treatments we are doing or are considering.
-
I must not go back to the chat room with the conventional ladies. I must not go back to the chat room with the conventional ladies. I must not go back to the chat room with the conventional ladies.
They make me crazy! They treat me like I have no sense or intelligence at all. And frankly, I think I actually hate them now.
Venting.

Charlene, do not go back there, stress kills !
I've never used 'chat'

Wow Maud. That is a lot of information, but I bookmarked all the links.

iS THIS A CANCER MIRACLE?
-
There are lots of cancer txs out there that are suppressed by the mainstream. I have to see the rest of the video but seriously there are LOTS of possibilities. Once you learn them, you can then learn how to find them.
-
Dune, I know....but don't want to be haranged by the skeptics...
Evebarry, thanks for the link, that is truly a shame - I know someone somewhere wanted to know how to obtain it, don't know if she was successful.
-
Eve, it may be, but we just don't know yet. From Wiki:
"On 24 September 2007, the Department of Medicine of Alberta University reported that after the trial funding was secured, both the Alberta local ethics committee and Health Canada approved the first DCA clinical trial for cancer.[23] This initial trial was relatively small with enrollment of up to 50 patients. The trial was completed in August 2009.[24]In May 2010 the team published a press release[25] stating no conclusions could be drawn as a result of the trial. A paper describing the results was published[26] but not linked from the press release. Only five patients had been treated with the drug during the trial.
In May 2011, online reports[27] suggested that the Alberta group had released new data which the media "had not reported". However, this appeared to be caused by confusion between dates (the previous update was May 2010[28]) and cancer charities moved quickly to counter these rumours,[29][30] which were subsequently covered in New Scientist magazine.[31]
The use of this compound as an anti-cancer agent has been patented.[32]"

Alert:
I definitely do not recommend MMS. It has been renamed a number of times, trying to avoid the FDA. It is sometimes called Miracle Mineral Supplement, Master Mineral Supplement, and Advanced Oxygen Therapy. It was recommended to me by a friend, and she swears she has never felt better since she started taking it. However, it is poison.
They refer to healing reactions or detox reactions during this tx. In other words, these are days you may be throwing up or having diarrhea. For me it was terrible stomach pain followed by vomiting.
I stopped taking it but my urine continued to smell strongly musty. When I looked that symptom up, I became very concerned. I called the guy who sold it to me and all sorts of red flags went up for me.
As I researched it more, I found that I had taken industrial strength bleach: chlorine dioxide. On the advice of a friend I called poison control. They wanted me to go to the ER. However, this was 2 days later. I drank a lot of water and forced myself to eat in order to try to eliminate it from my system.
The only thing they would be able to do for me is to check my GI track to see if it did any damage. Hopefully it did not. I only took it 2 days.
So, while I am determined to do alternative, I hope you will learn from my mistake. I don't think this is a good one to try.
-
Dune, how scary! I am glad you are OK, but I guess we can conclude that the profit motive is alive and well on both sides of the aisle and that we have to be vigilant about our treatments from all sources.
