I am 44 today, YEA!!!!!!!
I just wanted to shout out that I turned 44 today!!!!! Normally, I would not be very excited about this number, but being dx at 41 with locally advanced BC somehow makes this the most beautiful number ever!!!! I am so grateful to be here celebrating life, I just wanted to share it with my sisters............. I honestly did not think I would see this age when dx. it was a very dark time...I know I have a long way to go, but I am feeling more positive everyday. Yes I do have things that will always remind me of my journey, but thats ok, I am in acceptence as much as I can be!!! I do need to excersize more though!!! I am keeping the weight down, but I need some yoga in my life!!!

I am sooo happy for you Steph! It is wonderful to hear you are still here and doing well. I am at the beginning of my battle (1st chemo tomorrow) it was very inspiring to read this-thanks so much for posting. It is very scary to be a stage 3. I also hope we all grow old together!

Happy Birthday, here is to 44+ more!!! my dx came soon after turning 41. Before that the grays and wrinkles had a tinge of uh oh.....now I say bring them. I want to age to be ALL gray and wrinkled please.
