Getting my new Foob

Would like to discuss with those who had the expander out and replacement wit silicon or saline. I am going to be a small C on the one foob.My real breast is a sagger and I dont know if I should do a lift or implant. Would like to hear from those who have done this.. Thank God this expander is coming out.After radiation I felt like my muscle tightness and swelling was never going to end.. thanks everyone

If you are talking about exchange from tissue expander to permanent implant, you should probably ask your question on the Reconstruction forum. This forum is for those of us who have chosen not to have reconstruction.
