Well, that's a relief
Well, not a bad day. The first quarterly post-chemo check-up and I am still clear. One down and ... what another 150 to go?

Wonderful news, Charles! Perfect way to kick off the weekend.
All the best,
Rose.

Congratulations, Charles! We're so pleased for you.
-
Congrats! I had my follow-up CT on Wed. and everything clean! It's a great feeling!
-
well.... 21 to get to the magic five year mark. Then 12 to get to the ten year. 1 per year after that.... so your final count will depend on things you can't control.

A big thank you to all of you who posted here. It is a big relief and I am celebrating largely by accelerating my efforts to get back into some semblance of shape.
Susan, I expected that same schedule, too, but word from my oncologist is that she wants me to stick with quarterly check-ups for many years to come, largely because I am BRCA2 positive and despite the mutation's name (Breast Cancer 2 susceptibility protein), there are a number of other cancers to which I remain particularly susceptible. -
What did he do to check?
Congradulations
I'm not sure but I think my MO just does physical exam and then waves his magic wand and says all clear.
I celebrated my first week of rads with trip with dd to urgent care for stitches to her foot. -
Fredntan,
This time, she did the "magic wand" thing, but also did blood tests. These include the usual CBC and blood protein test and had an ultrasound to check my pancreas. In June, it will be an abdominal CT to check for pancreatic and liver METs.
No urgent care trip this week.

Not a bad day indeed! Congrats on the all clear - doing the happy dance for you.
-
Congrats!
-
Yay! Great News! I just celebrated hitting the 5-year mark ... and the time has flown by. I hope the same for you.
