    Any Florida women facing chemo? Who is using cold caps to save their hair?

    my surgery will prob be next week and chemo after that.  I am trying ti decide between Penguin and the Elasto gel caps

    Do you live in Florida? I haven't found a place that does the cold caps during chemo, have you? My MO says they don't work. Idk what to think. Any ideas?

    Ladies, I am in northwest fla. Started chemo in Jan of this year and have treatment 9 of 12 tomorrow. Anyone else in the panhandle? My onc did not want me doing the cold caps. Hated losing my hair.



    I was working with the lady with penguin cold caps and she was very helpful as to trying to get set io for the cc. Can't remember her name but someone should kmow how to get in touch with her.

    my onc here in Orlando is OK with them. I am trying to convince im to let the donate a freezer to his practice.
