Lands End Mastectomy Suits :)

I bought a basic black mastectomy suit from Land's End last year and I love it! However, this year they have some SUPER cute mastectomy tankinis in tons of patterns and then you match a bottom. And they aren't hundreds of dollars like other websites! Last year I was really bugged that so many places seemed to be capitalizing on breast cancer by asking ridiculous prices for mastectomy items. Lands End's tankini's are $45, same as for regular suits. I think last year I got my one piece for around $48 with free shipping.

Just got to Lands End and "Swimsuits". In the side bar, it will say "Mastectomy".

Does anyone know what the Land's end sizing is like? I know LLBean, which is a similar company, has huge sizes, so their 6 is like a 10 in a normal store. Is Land's End like this too?

Momine, I have found Land's End sizing to be like in a normal store. Online they do have sizing information.

Sizing runs pretty true to size. and they have a pretty liberal return policy

OK, thanks to both. I can't return stuff, because I am in Europe. So when I order stuff in the US, I have it sent to my office in the US, and the girl there sends it on to me. I looked at the sizing chart, which is why I was confused. The measurements for a 6 are more like what I usually see for an 8 or a 10. But it could also be a euro/US difference. Most likely I will wait a bit, since we may be in the US next month. Then I can try on a few brands and figure out the sizing better.

If you have all your measurements when you call they will tell you what size to get. Most of their stuff is spot on if you use their sizing.

I agree that Lands End's sizing seems to be getting more generous lately at least in their clothing. I don't know about their swimsuit. I found mine today at JC Penney--see my post on the swimsuits thread. $27 for the tankini top.

I have to agree on the Liz Claiborne tankini top at JC Penney. I love the three tops I spoiled myself with.
