go for a walk....a very dear friend and I used to meet every morning with our dogs and walk through the forest preserve near my house - it's a great way to catch up no interruptions - provided cell phones are off!

walk outside, preferably with a dog! I feel lost on a hike without a furry companion. We have a wonderful forest preserve near us too, I enjoy it so much.
TV choice - reality TV or sports?

neither - my husband watches TV while I read - when something sparks my interest I watch it....
