love, love, love it!  Especially when I harvest the fresh ones that will be coming up in my little garden soon!  I think some of us have a genetic dispostion to like certain vegetables--not scientifically proven, but one of my kids will not eat anything green, and the other loves every vegetable.

Rather eat a baked sweet potato or a regular baked potato

I try to stay away from fries but for a treat, sweet potato fries.

(I've gotten the brussel sprout gene too)
