Concerned- Going to my GP Today.....

For the last two days  I have had a distended abdomen and an "ache" where my liver is also I have have been feeling a little nausea. I also get a few "twinges" in my rib& sternum  area. I'm not usually one to run to the GP with every creek but I am concerned.Before two days ago all was well!!

I  started taking Tamoxifen four weeks ago and no SE at all so far. I finished TCx4 chemotherapy December 29th. 

I wonder what it could be?.............

    Many of us have reactions to Tamoxifen with bloating and other issues.  I suggest going to the Hormone Therapy Forumn and reading up on numerous posts for Tamoxifen.  It may help you sort through this and also know this medication requires being monitored by your GYN.

    Thanks CP418 for your reply,I'll have a look there.

    I went to the doc and he said that he will monitor me and to come back next Monday.

    I wish you all the best, Maria.  I pray it is nothing (not that I wish you pain but as long as it's non-cancer related, it seems to make anything more bearable).  God bless,
