Radiation - what next?

Almost done with radiation after having a 2.1 mm tumor and having a lumpectomy. What next how do I know I will be clear of cancer and it's scarey to think it may come back.

    At this point in time, there is no 'cure' for cancer as you have been told at multiple sites. Talk to what ever 'Drs' you have for further TX.

    My doctor told me as far as he is concerned this cancer was cured.

    My doctor said cancer was cured unless I developed symptoms somewhere else. No additional scans other than mammogram are needed unless there is a problem.

    WOW - 2 Drs have found the 'majik' cure for cancer! I watch a lot of News on TV and there has been nothing about such a medical breakthrough. Guess we can quit raising money so a cure can be found if it has! I see my Chemo Dr on Monday so where is this fazntastic cure so I can tell him about it.

    Lisa- are you ER+? I saw in your profile that at one time you were ER+ and now it's not listed in your tag line. If you are, have you spoken to your Dr about Tamoxifin? If you aren't, you may want to jump into the triple negative forums to see what those ladies are doing after radiation.
