7 Years Out & Going
Hello Everyone!
I'm hoping some of you will read this and feel better. I am almost 7 years out from diagnosis with TN in 2005! I will celebrate my 48th birthday this year and going strong. My kids are graduating high school and college and I will celebrate my wedding anniversary this June!.
Best to all of you,
Jeanette

Thanks for creating this thread Jeanette! I've lurked on BC.org since my DX in 2005 and have found all of the support and wisdom so helpful.
I am turning 44 this year, have a 9 year old son and have my 7 TN year "cancer-versary" August 2012. I am so grateful to be 61/2 years out, but for me it hasn't been easy. Even though I was Stage 1, there have been plenty of scary moments when my "aching something" coupled with my tendancy to Googlize sends me into a tailspin of worry, especially because I know with TN it's more challenging to manage as a "chronic disease" should it metastisize (it seems like there is more hope in the HR+ space).
Thanks again for the inspiring thread.
