Herbal Body Wraps

I had an herbal body wrap in December, my girlfriends and I went for fun. When the person was explaining the wraps she said the herbal soloution is good for drawing out toxins from the liver, kidneys and the body as a whole. I do not know much about natural treatments. When I try to research something related to BC I get bombarded with info and I know a lot of it is outdated and scary so I don't really do much research.  Does anyone else know if there are benefits to getting herbal body wraps?

    Did they do before and after measurements to show the changes?

    I've had a few wraps like this in the past years, as part of a "package" with Power Plates and diet management. I can't say the changes lasted, but they felt good! There probably is some cellular shrinking, but I don't really know.

    My only concern would be if anyone has lymphedema--they wrap the trunks and upper arms tight!!

    They did measure me and I lost like 15 inches total. I don't really liek them because they are wet and cold but I just wondered if it was helpful. Don't know about the LE, I guess I thought it would help with the arm being compressed. Mine was ok, though I have not had any swelling in months. They do wrap tight, sheesh, I had to keep telling myself to calm down because I was started to panic, my stomach was wrapped so tight and I felt like I could not breath.
