HAHAAHA!!
-
Gorgeous wedding! And how funny are they? They must me a blast to be around!
-
Lol! Great pictures Meece. It looks like it was a really fun wedding. Been thinking about u 3jays and will continue to pray for your break-through! How are you and your family doing Jean? I wish you all a wonderful week. Hugs!!!!!!
-
Great wedding pics. kids today put so much thought into their weddings and really try to make them fun. At my nephew's last year they seved ice cream in cones instead of cake, the bride wore red high top sneakers under her gown so she could dance.
-
Thank you. They are special kids. I call the bride my little sister. She had a gorgeous pair of Badgley Mischka shoes but she opted for some not so fancy wedges for the reception!
I'm often looking at wedding shows to get idesa to give to my FDIL. Less than 10 more months.

How's everyone doing??

-
ohh, Meece.. i was really "down and out" when i came on, but those pictures , ya just gotta laugh!!!what a fun couple!!!!
the news isn't at all good, here, but , at least its not bc..
the swallow test i had confirmed my biggest fears, i am aspirating liquids into the lung. thats why i've been choking so much.. they don't know anything they can do about it, either, except to "be careful" duh!!but, when i asked the dr. if it would help, he said, not with the leaking, just don't drink too much at one time..
so, im just not going to worry about finding answers for the thyroid, just hope if it clears up, i'll be more comfortable.. i guess the Lords answer is "no, or at least "not now"..
im just gonna continue to pray, quietly about it all.. there's not too many ple that do as well as i have, over 20 yrs..and, im still getting around a bit.......
i appreciate that your'e all praying, and i thank you for that; but nothings going to change for the good, barring a divine intervention, im afraid.. and i don't want you guys to keep thinking im going to get better, barring that.. im going to try to accept where i am, till God tells me different.. sometimes, you get healed, sometimes you learn what it is he has you here for.........3jays

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{3jays}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
We are praying for devine intervention, and His will.
Getting frustrated isn't a sign of weakness, it just means you've been too strong too long. Lean on Him and come to us for support and understanding.
-
3jays, as you say, maybe being at the point you are at IS better than the Lord first had in mind for you, and our praying has kept you from getting worse. That would make it all worth it, sweetie! You know you are always in my prayers, mon cherie!!
-
Gentle hugs for you (((((((((((((3jays))))))))))))) Know that we love you and as Barbe says you are always in our prayers!
-
Well ladies all is well. Went for my mammogram today I explained to her that it was my first one after dianosed and the tech took it to the radiolgist and said it was clear and just want to watch the changes of the scar tissue. God is so good to me he has kept me through it all. Hope all is well with everyone. I will keep this room in prayer it has helped me much through my journey.
-
thank you all for your prayers.. im trying just to not "dwell" in the problem. and lean on HIM.. but im aware how much you all care, and believe. im comforted by that knowlege.. and know, its reciprical!3jays

Great news Mum! Yay!!! Lynniea I'm so happy that things are coming along for you! Meece how are things going on the work front for you. Btw ladies, thank you for your prayers my uncle is back home and getting better everyday. He also found out he will only need the bag for a few more weeks instead of months, which has cheered him considerably. Meece your sentence "He is awesome" has got the song "Our God is an awesome God he reigns from heaven above..... " running through my head!
Hugs to all!! -
Mum sucks that it's more arthritis, but good that it is just more arthritis! Geez, the things we celebrate!!!
-
Sorry mum I was insensitive to the arthritis side of you're results. Barbe is right, that does suck! I was too busy focussing on the fact it wasn't anything more! (((((mum)))))
-
kc, glad your -wise... 3jaysuncle won't have to deal for so long.. sorry, mum, about the arthritis.. do you take something, i hope you do.. am so glad it wasn't anything cancer
-
Work is still work. I have put out some applications but no responses. One of these days though.
I am also glad that it was not more than arthritis, Mum.
I love that song, KC.
Yesterday, the news stations and Yahoo news picked up on our pastor's resignation. It took an ugly spin. Not that we did not know the basics, but it was reported in a gossipy way. Please pray for his family through this public airing of laundry. No, didn't do anything illegal or have an affair, just some bad decisions,
-
Meece, still in prayer for him/his family.. i know the bible says that His servants are held to higher standards.. HIS , not someone nosy reporters, or gossipers.. we ALL make bad decisions, and a pastor has many, many....(meece church pastor)>3jays
