Thank you Judy & Kelleyod.
I have 2 adult daughters.
I believe they will have their first base mammogram when they turn 35.
It's scary especially so many young women are DX...younger than my daughters.
Maybe granny's prayers will be heard and the vaccine will be here if it's needed.
Hugs♥

I'm so sorry. I don't know her but we are all sisters and no one deserves this in their lifes. I'll pray for both of you and your families.
-
Sheila sending up a prayer just now as I type for you and your SIL and her family. May God have his hand upon all of you during this difficult time. I love you and if you need me you know where I am. May she find peace and comfort in the loving arms of her savior and be free from pain. May God have his hand upon the research teams that they will soon discover a vaccine/cure for breast cancer so that no woman. man or child would ever have to suffer from this terrible illness again. It is in Jesus name that we ask this... Amen.

Hi all, I have been too tired and kind of sad to chat....Femara is causing emotional, cognitive and physical bankruptcy. I am functioning, but I am not ME.
Mimi, I do wish you all the best with the job....and I join with you in your prayer.
I know we want to believe that God will not give us any more than we can handle; but sometimes I think it just is too much for some ... and there are no answers on this side of heaven.
At my lowest point in my life, I found a description of life as a beautiful tapestry woven from all our experiences, joys and sorrows....but while on earth, we are looking at the underside - with all the loose ends and knots.....what we do not see most of the time is the beautiful side - a life complete and in harmony....I guess we do not get to see that until we see heaven.
Sheila, I am lighting my candle tonight for you and your SiL. It must be very difficult.
Love and hugs,
Joan -
Joan, I'm so sorry you are having a hard time with the Femara. I hope it gets better soon. {{{Hugs}}}} Judy
-
Joan - So sorry the Femara is giving you such a hard time. The stupid little pill kept my tummy doing flips and gave me a sense of disorientation. Stopped taking it. It seems to be a troublesome drug. Hope it gets better for you. (((HUGS)))
-
Joan: I wouldn't let that pill spoil my life. If it doesn't improve soon, get to the MO and get something else. That is the one thing my MO told me...if you get SE's that are not tolerable stop it and call me, because there may be another drug that will work better for you. I stopped my tamox because it was giving me flu symptoms, but also had a cold, so I am going to give it one more try before giving up.
Sending prayers and hugs to you!
-
Sheila...so sorry about sil...sending prayers and don't forget to take care of YOU
Joan....I totally agree with Kaara...explore your options, there are many.
-
Joan I agree since you are on an AI explore your options. One of the other ways may be better for you
-
