Thanks so much for your input.  I am still doing Physical Therapy, and I think I am getting somewhere, as far as getting strength back and range of motion. However, the implant still hurts as much as before. All the docs I saw said to strengthen and stretch all the areas surrounding the implant, and it will "settle" or whatever it takes to make it less painful. It ain't working! I have not been to a neurologist yet, but I did go to a pain management specialist, and he gave me Lidocaine patches, which didn't do much, and Neourontin. I had horrible side effects from Neurontin--Panic, and confusion, memory loss (short term, could not remember how to get places I had been a week before). Scary stuff! Needless to say, I went off it ASAP! I will look into Lyrica; I def do not want to go on anything narcotic.  I do foresee another surgery somewhere in my future...I would like to say "never again," but if there is anything that can be done, I will! I can live with some discomfort, but not this! Hope you are well and thanks again!!
