Lump in "good" breast

Two years to the day that I was told my suspected cyst wasnt but was IDC, and following a lumpectomy, five weeks of rads and the lovely Tamoxifen I found a lump in my other breast. Almost mirror image placement to the cancer. Had an u/s Tuesday and the angel that works for my surgeon chased down the report today as she knews I was leaving town tomorrow.  I had told her I'd keep my cell on tomorrow and Monday while away if she needed to reach me, but of course didn't turn it on today. She called earlier in the afternoon to apologize because she hadn't got it, but then tried reaching me between me leaving work and getting home, so was stuck with leaving me a message. She managed to get some results - the mass looks benign and there is also a cyst and something with one of the lymph nodes (not sure what that means). Of course by the time I got here, they were closed - she wants me to call her Tuesday when I'm back, but I'll call as soon as I land in the a.m.

Don't know if they'll biopsy it anyways? .I'm really not sure what to think - I certainly like the sound benign much better, but the lymph node concerns me. Any thoughts or views would be very much appreciated.
