Pain On Back of Rt. Shoulder

Had rt. masectomy 2008. I am having pain on back of right shoulder, close to spine. Hurts to turn my head. I did have pain on both sides. But the left side subsided. Its been 2 weeks since the left stopped hurting. But the right side still hurting. Has anyone else experienced shoulder or back pain after living with a one sided masectomy for some time? Thank you for your time.

    Hi tomato juice. I had a R/UMX with a TE in 2010. Ive had lots of pain all over, but yes it has affected my shoulder and back. I still have the TE in awaiting exchange surgery. More lately it has been less painful and I've been able to tolerate massage to help. I still take painkillers most days.



    I hope it gets better for you soon. Is it worth having your doc check it out, maybe physio could help? Xxx
