I had my bloodwork results and I am at 21for vitamin D. My ONC suggested 5000 3x daily. she said get the Cost Co brand. I too have read it is BC related and can help to prevent recurrance. I live in sunny California and do spend some time in sun. Read an article br Dr. Mercola regarding showering and not washing vitamin D off as it synthesizes on the skin. I am not sure if this is quakery or true? I will be spending at least 20 minutes from now arm bare arm and legged to get my levels up.

Regarding Soy Oil in vitamins. I looked this up and read that Soy Oil does not contain Isoflavens. I am ER + and was concerned about this. From what I read vitamins with soy oil should be OK. My Fish oil supplements from Cost Co have soy oil in them. The Omega in them are very beneficial for BC patients.

The Carlson liquid vitamin D drops worked well for me to get my level up.
