Hi Ladies, I've just completed TCx4 and I'm trying to increase my exercise. I'm plagued by intense burning in my muscles, most notabily in my legs, my thighs. I know this is a common side effect. I'm just wondering how long this lasts?

Does anyone have experience with this? How did you deal with it? It really limits my energy and desire to get out and move. Thanks so much!

Mine started to get better after week 5 PFC. I was still a little stiff from the hercepting but I noticed once that stopped I was even better.

My thighs hurt so bad I couldn't even sit cross legged. I had 6 tx of TCH.

    Thanks lago

I get a horrible burn when I try to cross my legs, too! Its awful. I feel it when I walk. I REALLY feel it when I go up stairs, wow! I didn't have this until the end of my chemo. What a 'nice' parting prize. :(

I'm six months out of chemo, and my legs still hurt - not as severely as they did, but enough to keep me awake at night.

I do tend to be hypersensitive to drugs.
