Herceptin is the drug of choice and doesn't have very many side effects. It can cause heart damage, which is rare.

After Herceptin stops working there is another up and coming drug that is coming out of the clinical trails right now, pending FDA approval. I forget the name of it. Someone else may come a long and know what it is, eviorliums or something like that.
