I think about the Stage IV sisters often. Every time I see one who has passed, I take some action. I will donate some money in her honor to Breast Cancer Action.
Condolences to her family.

I am so sorry. I hate this disease.
-
I'm so sorry to hear this. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

To those who knew how fearful she was,
I was relieved that her fears passed before she did. One of the last things I understood her to say was "it's ok." She had her precious, dimpled smile. I am collecting stories about her life, and she spent a lot of time on this board. If anyone here would like to contribute, please either post here or her facebook page (send a friend request w/ a note that you're from bco).

I'm so glad she was smiling at the end.

this is so sad. Jennifer was so special and she will be remembered.
You were a great support for her and I am glad that you were holding her hand. Thank you for letting us now that she kept smiling until the end. She is now with her mom.

I was following her thread about hospice or trying to get into a phase l trial. Was hoping her platelets would rebound and that there would be something that could still be tried. She mentioned her age and I felt she might be able to rally despite the grim outlook. So sorry to hear she has passed, Sending sympathies to her loved ones.
