Stage IV, now what?

Just dx as stage IV (lung mets).  I was originally dx in April 2011 (and may have been stage IV at that point because there was a suspicious spot then).  I am so overwhelmed with everything right now.  I have more scans on Monday to see if there are more mets.  My onc is recommending more chemo.  I am wondering what complementary/holistic therapies others have found helpful.  Thanks!

    blondelawyer, i'm so sorry!  On the Alt Forum, there is a thread about Alt Choices for Stage IV.  It's a great thread with tons of contributions and a helpful, constructive conversation.  Please join the thread - you will learn lots of helpful stuff.  Also, Thatslife is Stage IV and she is a great resource.   Big, big hug to you!

    I looked at your website, and it really touched me. You have really been through a lot the past couple of years, and I wish you only peace, wellness and happiness. I am sorry to hear of the Stage IV diagnosis.

    So sorry for your Stage IV diagnosis. I had a first refloxology session today & another booked for a week's time.  It's too soon to see any results, although I felt very relaxed afterwards, I'll let you know how it's going in a week or 2.

    Hi there,

     I was also just dx'ed as stage IV and am looking for complimentary ways to support my treatment. I too may have been stage IV from the beginning--because I only just finished tx in mid-October so...

    Anyway... so sorry for your new diagnosis. Such a crazy thing to process. Thanks for this thread... I will follow it into the other recommended thread.
